Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is a single-player third-person game with elements of quest, action, role-playing and Survival Horror.

The game is a modern re-release of Dead Rising 2006 with improved graphics, voice acting, autosave support and other improvements.

The player takes on the role of a journalist-photographer who accidentally finds himself in a small town where a zombie apocalypse has begun for unknown reasons. The town is blockaded by the military. The protagonist gets into a shopping center, where there are still safe places. His task is to rescue the survivors, destroy the zombies and try to find out the cause of what happened. Help will arrive only in 72 hours.
