In the center of the game is the confrontation between the main character (a special forces fighter) and Alma, a girl who has unreal paranormal abilities and rage. You will also have to fight human clones and mutants controlled by Alma.

The content of the game is a classic shooter. The main character can use various firearms, hide behind various objects, and also create additional shelters for himself, for example, by overturning a table or a closet. In melee, you can strike enemies with your fist or weapon. It is possible to make quick runs (sprints), the length of which is limited by filling the fatigue scale. First aid kits are used to restore health.
