Quake 3 Arena - is a first-person shooter.

According to the plot of the game, once upon a time, a mysterious race built a place for gladiatorial fights - the Eternal Arena. In this arena, the player will have to fight with other gladiators using different weapons.

The game is very dynamic, focused more on multiplayer and does not have a full-fledged single player campaign. In single player mode, the player starts at zero level. By defeating enemies, he moves to the next level until he reaches the final battle (level 7) with the champion of the Eternal Arena.

In multiplayer mode, you can play both over a local network and over the Internet. There are several multiplayer game modes: one-on-one, each-for-one, team-vs-team, capture-the-flag.
